My Destination Wedding Location/resort already provides a Catering Manager and on-site coordinator, why do I need another one?

Although most resorts offer a Catering Sales Manager, they usually only handle all the details and responsibilities that are related to their Venue. They are not responsible for planning your entire wedding; we will offer you the personal services that you need for your big day from selecting the vendors to preparing the detailed timeline to giving you suggestions and advice on your decisions. We will also coordinate all of your other vendors as well and ensure that no details of your wedding have been overlooked.

What is the most important service that I need to start planning my wedding?

At Weddings Romantique we believe all wedding should start with a destination wedding budget based on the number of guests and all items you need for your wedding and reception, in addition the guest travel budget that you and your fiancée think is reasonable for the guest to spend in order to attend your destination wedding. This way you will have the basic foundation to start planning your destination wedding and find the right location that fits your budget and your guests.

After we confirm your preferences and expectations; we will then share our ideas for your perfect event and provide a proposal of the services and fees that we discussed during the consultation meeting. After you accept the proposal, sign a contract, and make the required deposit, we will start working on your event right away and manage as many or as few of the details as you require. Can I select my own vendors?

We only work with top, reputable industry professionals, they all have to meet very strict requirements and standards that we uphold. You can choose to have your own vendors as long they meet the venue liability insurance requirements, in addition to stay in communications with us throughout the process in order to provide you with an outstanding wedding and event.

We believe one of the key elements in event planning is communication. We work with you as a team, and throughout the entire planning process, we will keep you updated on every detail of the event from the vendors booking to the logistical items. You will never give up control.
