One & Only Ocean Club has some of the most distinctive settings in the world for a staged event, with the tiered Versailles gardens and 12th-century Augustinian cloister overlooking the sweep of blue ocean. The backdrops are magnificent and photogenic, much favored for high profile product launches and a feature of many unforgettable events.

  • Beach Deck: An opening dinner or reception on the Beach Deck immediately gives a sense of place, immersing business groups in the fresh surroundings. Maximum capacities: Ceremony / Dinner - 100 guests.
  • Pool Terrace: Overlooking the exquisite Versailles pool this is a covered venue for a reception or dining. Maximum capacity: Dinner - 80 to 110 guests
  • Versailles Gardens: A multi-tiered venue presenting an ideal opportunity for creating different atmospheres in one event, guests can move from lounge bars and dining, to music and entertainment. Maximum Capacities: Ceremony -120 guests / Dinner -120 guests (tent rental required)
  • Augustinian Cloister: Dramatic arches of a 12th-century Augustinian cloister at the top of the Versailles gardens with spectacular sunset views over Nassau Harbor. A stunning location for photographic shoots. Maximum Capacity: 120 guests
  • Hartford Room: Named after Huntington Hartford II, the once owner of this grand estate, the spacious Hartford Room is the perfect setting for inspirational meetings and events. Located on the ground floor of the colonial style Hartford Wing, this natural light filled room features large windows and stunning French doors which open up into the resort gardens and offers pristine views of the ocean. Presenting a flexible canvas for any event, the Hartford room can be tailored to cater for the most elegant welcome receptions for up to 70 guests, bespoke dinners for 50 people, or classroom style meetings for up to 30 people.
  • Executive Boardroom: Located within the heart of this picturesque, British-colonial style estate, One &Only Ocean Club’s Executive boardroom, boasting natural light, is the perfect choice for an intimate business meeting for up to 20 guests. The stand-alone building also features an attached covered patio showcasing spectacular views of the Versailles-inspired gardens, pool deck and 12th Century Augustinian cloisters making it the ideal setting for a private receptions or cocktail event for up to 25 people
